Savings on Installation - Early Bird Discounts

Proposals from CarifaTile are timely and easy to understand. If a customer decides, within 5 days, to accept the proposal, we take an additional 10% off the price of installation. Depending on the scope of the installation, this can be a savings of thousands of dollars.

Payment Options and Plans

  • The most popular of CarifaTile’s payment plans is 50% down (to receive a date on our installation calendar) with the final 50% due at the completion of the project.
  • Financing Options – Because of the cost of materials and installation, many clients prefer to finance the remodel and pay in installments. These clients pay only 10% down to get on the calendar, then CarifaTile facilitates financing with more than a dozen lending institutions that offer terms of up to 7 years and rates as low as 7.9%.
